TERMS & CONDITIONS:-
Our services charges will be 15 days of monthly salary of per candidate
Payments are accepted through crossed cheques or drafts.”.
Payment needs to be received within month or later of the candidate joining
Replacement will be applicable till 4 months only and if candidate leaves the organization within timeframe.
Replacement will not be applicable after 3 months and if company sacks the candidate after the timeframe of 3 months Replacement is not applicable.
After Recruitment of the candidate, Employer is responsible for the Reference check & the Background Verification of employee.
This contract will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of this letter, after which the contract could be renewed after reviewing / mutual discussion.
Any other Taxes that may be levied by the Indian government will be charged on the Invoice that is to be billed to your Company. (Will be informed before)
